• Multi-language offering: This includes eight languages to choose from - Chinese, English, French, German, Hungarian, Polish, Portuguese, and Spanish. We will continue to add languages as we grow to ensure that candidates can view site content in their preferred language.
• Talent profiles: Applicants can not only search and apply for open positions; they can build a full profile with contact information, general career information, work experience, skills, and preferred work locations. They can also upload a resume.
• Job alerts: Get informed about the newest job postings that might interest you by creating a job alert. Filter by region or keyword to receive even more specific alerts via email.
• One experience for all: Whether you're in the United States, Germany, Brazil, China, or any other region of the world, the CMCO Careers site offers a uniform experience, creating a cohesive journey for all applicants.
• Engaging company content: Our Careers site isn't a static job listing and application portal. It's an active hub where candidates can explore our purpose, mission, vision, and values, and visualize the impact they can make on our journey to move the world forward. Soon, we plan to add “day in the life” videos, career path case studies, compensation and benefits information, and employee testimonials.
